Payment Terms

Who Bills You

Subscriptions purchased through QuantaraSol are activated, fulfilled and billed by the underlying antivirus software provider. Charges appear on your statement under the provider's name (e.g., Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, ESET, Webroot, Trend Micro, Malwarebytes). Quantara Solutions LLC may collect a one-time service fee for activation assistance where disclosed at the time of enrollment.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for any service fee, and the underlying provider determines which payment methods they accept for the subscription itself. We do not accept wire transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency or peer-to-peer payment apps for software subscriptions.

Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed are in U.S. dollars and are approximate starting prices unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final pricing, applicable taxes and any fees will be confirmed before you authorize a charge. Pricing is set by the underlying provider and may change without notice.

Auto-Renewal

Most antivirus subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current standard rate at the end of each billing term until canceled in accordance with the provider's terms. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file and for managing renewals through the provider's account dashboard.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails, the underlying provider may retry the charge, suspend service, or cancel the subscription per their policies. Updates to your payment method must be made through the provider's billing portal.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at billing@quantarasol.online so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay refunds we could otherwise process quickly.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax, VAT or other government-imposed fees may be added to your order based on your billing address and the rules of your jurisdiction.

Security

Payment information is transmitted over encrypted connections and handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. Quantara Solutions LLC does not store full payment card details on our own servers.
